We offer a stable position with unlimited potential on a heritage morning show on a set of iconic call letters that boasts over 30 years in format. Y107 has won numerous state and National Awards, including Marconis and NAB Service to America Awards. We’re located in a culturally diverse college town offering a vibrant music and arts scene and great parks and trails system, while being about 1.5 hours away from St. Louis, Kansas City, and Lake of the Ozarks.
Experience:
Experience with music scheduling, blogging, video production, and social media are preferred, but we’ll gladly train an enthusiastic candidate with the desire to learn and contribute.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an engaging storyteller who can captivate listeners on an emotional level, and bring energy, sarcasm, wit, and a unique point of view to an established morning show. They must be able to relate to the audience and have a passion for listener interaction in person and on-air. They should also embody our core values as listed below.
