Building a Respectful, High Performance Culture – The Key to Retaining Talent!

Presented by Lisa Yankowitz

High performance cultures are fundamentally dependent on the degree to which people cooperate and leverage each other in achieving the organization’s mission.  When employees understand themselves and others better, this happens almost immediately.

Employees work better together, one on one and in teams.  When employees communicate with others in a way that is considered respectful, engagement and retention, skyrocket.  In this session, Lisa Yankowitz will share a new perspective on how our behaviors, values, and temperament play a big part in how we engage within our workplace and contribute to high performing teams.

Session Specific Objectives:

  • Participants will gain a better understanding of our intrinsic values and the values of others to gain insight into why people behave the way they do.
  • Participants will explore ways we can use the above insights to help the employees back at our organizations improve communications and collaboration, and engagement, using a temperament assessment tool.
