Gene Millard was born on a small family farm near Osborn, MO. He received his Associates in Arts Degree from Graceland College in Lamoni Iowa in 1961, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agriculture from Colorado State University in Ft. Ned Reynolds is best known as the face of Missouri sports in the Ozarks. For over 40 years, he delivered both the 6 P.M. and the 10 P.M. sportscast on KY3 in Springfield. He came to Missouri after serving in the Navy, and spent the rest of his career working in Missouri broadcasting. His work included volunteering with the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, as well as promoting and aiding the Children’s Miracle Network,

Russ Withers started his broadcasting career in Missouri in 1956, as an on-air announcer at KGMO in Cape Girardeau. After moving to Illinois, he returned to Missouri in 1972 and founded Withers Broadcasting Company. The company grew to own and operate 30 radio stations and 3 TV stations.
