Missouri Broadcasters Association (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Missouri Broadcasters Association website (the “Service”). Media Disclaimer for Events

Missouri Broadcasters Association (MBA) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by MBA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. MBA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc.
A person attending an MBA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the event organizers, and/or contact MBA at 1025 Northeast Drive, Jefferson City, MO, 65109, in writing of his/her intentions and identify the photograph in question.

By participating in an MBA event or by failing to notify MBA, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by MBA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify MBA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with MBA may not use, copy, alter or modify MBA photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from MBA.
